Confirmation
Appointment requests are not confirmed until accepted by the business.
Notice
Customers should provide at least 24 hours’ notice when possible. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee, and no-show appointments may be charged.
Travel and access costs
Travel, parking, or property access costs already incurred for an Outcall appointment may be non-refundable.
Questions and exceptions
Contact us before your appointment if you have questions about timing, fees, or an unexpected change. Any exception is considered individually.
