Appointment requests are not confirmed until accepted by the business.
Notice
Customers should provide at least 24 hours’ notice when possible. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee, and no-show appointments may be charged.
Travel and event costs
Travel, parking, venue access, or event fees already incurred may be non-refundable.
Questions and exceptions
