Information we collect
We may collect your name, phone number, email address, booking preferences, service address, confirmation that you are at least 18, and other details you voluntarily provide when requesting an appointment or contacting us.
18+ entry and appointment confirmation
This website and appointment requests are intended for adults aged 18 and over. Before accessing service and booking content, you are asked to confirm that you are at least 18. We remember only an 18+ confirmation marker in your browser's session storage for the current session; if that storage is unavailable, the confirmation is kept temporarily in memory. Each appointment request requires a separate 18+ confirmation. These are self-declarations, not independent age or identity verification. We do not ask for a date of birth, identity document, or gender for these checks, and the age-confirmation marker or form response is not sent to Google Analytics or Google Ads. You can read the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Cancellation Policy without confirming your age.
How information is used
We use the information to respond to inquiries, coordinate appointment requests, communicate service details, and maintain basic business records. We do not sell customer personal information.
Analytics and advertising measurement
When configured, Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement load only after the website's 18+ entry confirmation. That confirmation is an age declaration, not consent to advertising measurement. Google Analytics helps us understand visits and actions such as successful appointment requests and clicks on call, text, or public email links. Google Ads conversion measurement helps connect a successfully delivered appointment request with an advertising click. Measurement may include page paths, browser or device information, campaign parameters, and advertising click identifiers such as GCLID, GBRAID, or WBRAID. Only after our server confirms successful request delivery do we send an anonymous Booking Request ID to measure the request and prevent duplicate conversion counts. We do not send the name, phone number, email address, service location, appointment note, or age-confirmation response entered in the booking form to Google Analytics or Google Ads.
Cookies and measurement choices
Google Analytics and Google Ads may use cookies or similar browser storage for measurement and advertising click attribution. The website also keeps anonymous request identifiers in browser session storage to avoid measuring the same request repeatedly. You can limit cookies through browser settings or use Google's available privacy controls and Analytics opt-out tools. Blocking measurement may prevent a request from appearing in analytics or advertising reports; it does not prevent you from requesting an appointment. Advertising personalization signals and enhanced conversions are disabled in the website's tag configuration. If our measurement practices materially change, this policy will be updated.
Payments and public display
This website does not collect bank card information. Customer information is not displayed on public pages.
Request delivery and duplicate protection
Appointment details are sent through our hosting and email providers to the business inbox so we can respond. To prevent repeated emails, we retain a random request identifier, a summary digest of the submitted information, and its delivery status for up to 24 hours. When shared receipt storage is enabled, Upstash processes these records without receiving your name, contact details, address, or appointment note. Your browser also retains a request identifier and summary digest for an unfinished request. If delivery cannot be confirmed, please contact us before making another request.
Retention and deletion
Information is kept only as reasonably necessary for booking, communication, business, or legal purposes. You may request deletion by contacting the email address listed on this website.
